We stayed here a year ago and since then it has improved. Last year I didn't know a Tornado had ripped through two week before we arrived. Staff was friendly, sites were clean enough and dog area was in good shape. I gave them an 8 for lack of cabe hookups. We used a water filter at the tap as last year the water was dirty. We would stay again if up in the area. Also, was very easy getting in and out of the park.

Wish I could give better than 7 as we really did like this place but the road are terrible for anything larger than a 25 footer. They had put us in a double site as our 34 footer wouldn't fit in any of the left over single sites they had (yes, we did have reservations). We were unable to connect to the hookups until they told us to go the wrong way on the roads so we could get the motorhome in with the hookups on the correct side. They had only a few Full hookup sites but the dump station was decent enough to make it OK just to have Grey water dump on site. Hookups were OK. Was raining when we got there so it was nothing but mud (nothing they can do about the weather). The fire wood for sale was terribly wet. You may think we didn't like this place by what I write but it is a very decent place if you want to be deep in the woods with peace and quite. We would stay here again, we just might need to be in a part of the park that is meant for a 34 footer or larger. Oh and no lights, best part of it, so bring a good flash light.

Great location, a little noise from the road but not much at night. Great staff, very friendly. Easy in and out. All hookups in great condition with easy access. We would stay again.

Very nice park if you want to relax. The park has gone through some major renovations so if you were there prior to last year and didn't like it you may want to take a look and try again. The staff in the park is very friendly and accommodating. Sites are good size and the hookups are in ok condition. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues. Dog walk area not very good so that is why they didn't get a 10 otherwise they would. We needed a rental car and the staff was more than willing to drive us to the airport to pick it up, unusual in most parks. The park is very clean and the pool can't be beat with the salt water system instead of using chemicals. Access in and out of the park was good; the staff will direct you into and out of the site and make sure everything is ok with you. There are docks on-site so if you have a boat this is a great place. There are issues with the free Wi-Fi as you can’t keep the connection going from most of the park. If you need to get on-line your best to go to the club house where the signal is a little better and it is free. There is gravel throughout the park with new plants between sites that in time should give some privacy.

Park was OK, more of a parking lot than an RV park. Main feature is being right on the Atlantic. Very outdated but there is a lot of sea salt in the air so that explains the disrepair of some of the electrical holding boxes. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Sites didn't seem to close to me but there were not very many RVs at this time. If you have pets, be very careful walking them if you go behind the fence. My little dog cut is paw on some broken bottles and it is a little difficult to walk them on the slope. Outside walking area for the dogs is very messy and no real place to walk the dogs. We didn't have any issues with the electric, sewer or the cable. Might come back but will look for a place that offers something.

Park condition was great and extremely clean. Staff very friendly. Getting situated in the office and to the site for our motorhome was quick. Large walking site for dogs, nicely stocked store. A little road noise but we only stayed for one night along the road. All hookups were clean and had easy access. We would stay here again, only issue is the grounds aren't close enough to either Nashville or Chattanooga.

Old part of the park needs major updating. The sites are now mainly grass and mud. A little gravel and they would be greatly improved. Sites were level. Didn't care for the layout of the sites, your door is on the same side as the others next to you, claim your fire pit and table when you arrive. Staff was very friendly the whole time. Great location for us as we were visiting family and toured Indianapolis. There is a large and clean pen to let your dogs run and play. Wouldn't object to staying here again if we couldn't find another place, just would ask to be place in the new section of the park.

All sites we saw were not level. Front tires would have to be off the ground to level the motorhome properly. Staff when we arrived were less than friendly and didn't have answers to our questions. We asked how to get to the park and were told it is a 3/4 mile walk. Next morning's staff were friendly and did inform us that they have a shuttle (golf cart) to and from the park, which was very nice. Laundry rooms had broken washers and dryers so you had to get there quick. The grounds were nice and the spots had a lot of room between them and gave some privacy. Store was OK. Nice place to stay if you want to visit the park but other than that we wouldn't stay there again.

Staff was not very polite and at times were sarcastic, good thing we didn't have to deal with them all that much. Sites are level and hookups in good locations. Not a good place to bring your pets as there is really no good place to walk them, bring your own bags. The drag strip close by is very loud and runs until sometime around 1am. Location is great to see battlegrounds and Chattanooga as well as Ruby falls and other attractions. Do agree the roads are narrow and there are issues with a rental or car if you have one on most sites. Doubt we would stay there again.

Entry to the park and getting to the site was easy. Most of the staff are friendly, desk personal are a little less than friendly. Entire park is gravel, no trees to speak of and no grass to speak of. Dog walk area is very dirty and others do not clean up after their pets. Back of the park looks like a scrap yard, there is a broken down RV rusting away. Swim area is small and you will need foot protection. Make sure you have a surge suppressor, 50amper hooked up on our shared pole and blew our breakers. Bus stop a short walk to the road and will bring you to Key West, better off bringing your transportation or get a rental up the chain, not Key West. If it rains there will be large puddles so be pre-paired. The cost is high but it is the Keys. WI-FI is not free. We will not be coming here again.
